Welcome to the Eat Well, Live Well book club.

This is more than just a book club - this is a club that inspires you to be the best you - by learning from the book we read and encouraging our members to incorporate change and new behaviors into their everyday life.

May 2024 - We will be reading Breath by James Nestor. You may read this book in any format that works for you (hardcopy, e-book, audio, e-audio, or any other format). Don’t forget your local libraries!

We’ll meet to discuss on Monday, May 13th at 6:30pm. For those local to Woodbridge, we’ll meet in person at AIM Human Performance. Those not local will be able to zoom in. Zoom link forthcoming.
